Students in our garde manger and banquet classes will have a unique mentorship opportunity to work alongside alumni guest chefs to prepare culinary delights for guests to enjoy at tasting stations throughout the ballroom. Your support will help us lay the groundwork for the next 50 years, including our vision to be the regional leader in supporting and expanding innovative and collaborative programs that transform our students and communities.
